The Unique & Beautiful

Well a couple of days ago, actually it might have been yesterday, I was just sitting on the couch playing with my kittens and a huge "BOOM" shook the house. It scared me a little so I got up and looked outside. My first thoughts were, "someone's on the roof and they fell." But then another "BOOM" came and it didn't sound like someone was on the roof... so I looked outside again on both sides of the house to see if Fred was out there fixing the roof, or moving something huge... or something... Well nothing was there. So my next thoughts were, "Shotguns on the island." I didn't know if hunting season had started, so I went outside and took a look around... nothing happened for a while... but then another "BOOM" came and I figured out it was thunder. Throughout the whole day, we had been having a huge wind storm... (this was 2 days ago... yep.. now the date it right) and the sky was cloudy and it "looked like rain" [tut... tut]. Then I saw how pretty everything looked and I went and grabbed my camera and took pictures like crazy.. these are only a few of them... but I hope you enjoy them. I tried some different angles and zooms.
